I pay Cox to provide me with 940Mbps down, 35Mbps up. Not a single day has gone by since I updated my plan, that I get 940Mbps consistently.
I’ve called them numerous times, mostly about the outages which “has been resolved” because of an old coax plug that was no longer in use.
I call them yesterday because my speed test was 85Mbps.. 85!
“We can send a technician out but it’s a $75 dollar service charge..” hilarious.. time to see if I can fix this myself. I have a coax signal tester and some new coax cable that I’m going to try and use and see if I can get a better signal.
I want the 940Mbps!!!
