I guess with that 42% increase in HOA fee’s that they’re charging my landlord, they now seem to have the budget to do even more constructions.
2 years ago they replaced all the fascia boarding around the neighborhood because of termites. I guess that previous contractor did a shoddy job, so they hired someone to again replace the wood.
So it’s my turn, and they’ve been hammering/cutting away all day and my dogs have been barking all day.
