Welp, I made it..

I made it the full 48 hours without eating a single thing. I drank 1 cup of coffee each morning and water throughout the day.

Day 1 was rather easy, Tuesday night to Wednesday night, no hunger feelings, nothing. I don’t know if it was because of the coffee having sugar/milk that made it so easy? Perhaps..

Day 2 was easy up until about 6pm. I started getting the feeling of hunger around that time and within an hour all I could think about was eating something, anything. It was to the point that all I was watching on YouTube was BBQ Pit Boy’s videos of them making some of the most delicious food your eyes had ever seen. Stuffed avocado burger bombs? stuffed potato bombs? I watched one video where instead of what looked like a pancake stack, it was a stack of tortillas and cheese and hamburger that was like 4 inches thick.

At one point last night I went to Ralph’s grocery store and started buying things I would never normally buy in preparation of eating food. I walked in and grabbed a bag of cheese breadsticks and a box of blueberry loaf bread.. lol?

At around 8pm, I started eating and it was glorious. I’m going to be doing these 2 day fasts more often. I lost 2lbs just not eating and based on everything I watched and read, it’s pretty healthy for you to do fasting.

Let the weight loss begin!
