Cox told me it’s my fault…

So I finally called Cox yesterday and was told that my cable lines were causing noise, so they “put a filter” on my line which is preventing me from getting internet. I guess multiple people called in to complain about issues and they pin pointed it to me.

A technician is supposed to come out today to look at my lines and figure out what’s going on. Hopefully they can fix it and with that fix, also fix my constant disconnects and slow internet. I’m paying for 940Mbps down and it averages like 150-600Mbps..
