New Week, New You.

It’s always a good time to drop some bad habits. This week I will focus on going to bed at a normal time, and cutting back on the coffee. I drink 4 cups of coffee a day!

Besides going to bed and cutting back on coffee, I need to start getting rid of things around here. I have too much stuff. I grew up in a home where having things felt more at home instead of wide open spaces, but sometimes this can be considered clutter.

Kitchen first, then living room, then second bedroom and finally my bedroom. Anything I don’t/can’t sell, I’m going to just trash.

I would post pics of a before and after but that may be a little bit too personal, so just take my word for it. 🙂

Here’s to a new week with some old habits being dropped.
