Today I learned that you have to enable NFS within Windows10 for you to be able to mount NFS shares. It’s done through the Add/Remove Features option and installs a client that allows you to mount Unix NFS shares. Kinda cool!

Now I need to troubleshoot why I’m getting such abysmal performance on me TrueNAS server. SMB is about 30Mbps a sec writes which is very bad, for a wired gig connection. NFS performance was only about 200Kbps so that’s even worse.. Time to troubleshoot!
