I guess it’s the yearly wood replacement around the area because for days now all I’ve heard overtop of my TV/video gaming has been loud knocking. As I look around my neighborhood there are contractors everywhere replacing wood again. They replaced fascia wood last year but I guess the HOA has coffers full of money to burn.
It’s a balancing act living in a HOA. You very nice manicurred lawns, the homes look good but they are expensive and invasive.
If you don’t live in HOA you don’t have to deal with expensive fees, fines for leaving your trash cans out, or other bullshit, but then you have to deal with lazy neighbors.
Can’t wait until they replace the top of the garages that they promised would happen also, I can’t wait to be more inconvenienced.
